01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between 5555pk (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the 5555pk website and associated mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or otherwise interacting with any part of the 5555pk Platform, you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail. This Agreement is entered into electronically and shall have the same legal force and effect as a written agreement signed by both parties.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 5555pk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 5555pk enforces a strict 21+ policy and will require documentary verification of age. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited without recourse.
• You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business entity or as a professional player for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 5555pk.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your participation is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 5555pk, nor a close family member of any such person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by 5555pk management.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is specifically and explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 5555pk Platform or any related platform.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 5555pk, including real-money gaming and sports betting, you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number (for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or OTP verification purposes), and a valid email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 5555pk Platform only. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 5555pk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without notice or compensation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify 5555pk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you report a security breach to 5555pk and we confirm receipt.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. Each account is strictly for personal use by the registered account holder only.
• 5555pk may at any time require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of a linked payment account, to verify identity and prevent fraud.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5555pk Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 5555pk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 5555pk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered user will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's payments information section. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours, subject to verification status.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, 5555pk may require full KYC verification to be completed. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts exceeding the stated verification threshold.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawal of bonus funds prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 5555pk reserves the right to apply transaction fees in specific circumstances, which will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5555pk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each respective offer. This section sets out the general conditions that apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 5555pk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting certain promotions to first-time depositors, users in specific regions, or users who have not previously claimed a similar promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as stated) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.

• 5555pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing commitments to users who have already opted in under the original terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 5555pk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the Platform's betting rules section. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless the Platform provides an explicit cash-out or edit-bet feature for the relevant market.
• 5555pk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed malfunction, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice, including in real time for specific events.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the decision of 5555pk — made in good faith in accordance with the relevant rules — shall be final and binding.
• For cricket and PSL betting specifically, match abandonment, postponement, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications are governed by the cricket betting rules published on the Platform. Users are advised to review these rules prior to placing bets on weather-affected markets.
• All casino games on the 5555pk Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by internationally licensed game providers. The RNG certification details for each game are available from the respective game provider.
• Malfunction of any game or betting system voids all associated play. Stakes on affected rounds will be returned.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5555pk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 5555pk.
• Multiple account registration: Registering more than one account on the Platform under any circumstances not expressly authorised by 5555pk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, live casino, or other multiplayer formats to gain an unfair advantage, share information, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over human players or the Platform itself.
• Exploitation of system errors: Knowingly exploiting glitches, errors, software malfunctions, or miscalculated odds. Winnings derived from exploitation of known errors will be void.
• Money laundering: Using the 5555pk Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 5555pk is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while retaining any winnings or bonus amounts associated with the disputed transaction.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under the age of 21, including sharing account credentials with minors.

08 Responsible Gaming

5555pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

All registered users have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings at no charge:

09 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the 5555pk Platform — including but not limited to the 5555pk brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, odds data, and any other content — are the exclusive property of 5555pk or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 5555pk.
• The game software and content provided through the Platform by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is licensed to 5555pk for use on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Interruptions to the Platform's availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government action;
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used to determine sporting event results or odds;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 5555pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5555pk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are solely responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes, and platform to access the 5555pk website.

11 Privacy & Data

5555pk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected by 5555pk — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment data, and gaming activity records — is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

• 5555pk will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems — solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to 5555pk's legal and regulatory retention obligations.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure by the user: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 5555pk support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds upon closure.
• Termination by 5555pk: 5555pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or any other conduct that 5555pk deems to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.
• Upon termination for cause, 5555pk may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or Terms violation is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.
• Upon termination not related to any fault of the user, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming and e-commerce legal principles applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

5555pk operates under internationally recognised gaming compliance frameworks. Players are advised that the legality of online gambling varies by jurisdiction and it is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that their participation is lawful under the laws of their country or region of residence.

In the event of any dispute between 5555pk and a registered user that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

5555pk reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations — 5555pk will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 5555pk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
